Alice Biagini

Alice Biagini is the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, where she drives growth for the Firm’s Italy Practice and oversees marketing and business development initiatives across multiple practice areas.

Alice plays a key role in implementing the Italy Practice’s strategic growth plan, fostering meaningful, long-term relationships across markets, and leveraging her deep understanding of both American and Italian business cultures.

Her career reflects a strong commitment to community and non-profit leadership. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Alice served as Deputy Executive Director of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, managing events, recruitment, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Earlier, she spent over a decade in leadership roles at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce,culminating in her appointment as Deputy Executive Director in 2017.

She is passionate about partnering with non-profit organizations to amplify their mission and drive meaningful impact. As a board member of Friends of Teach For Italy, she aims to leverage her expertise to support programs that empower students and strengthen communities through education.
