Our Impact

The 2025 Annual Activity Report is more than a summary of numbers; it is the living narrative of our expanding community, the obstacles we have overcome, and our tangible impact against educational inequality in Italy. 

During the 2025–26 school year, we achieved unprecedented reach: engaging over 7000 students in more than 80 schools within some of the country’s most complex and underserved contexts. This not merely a measure of our growth—it is a profound testament to the trust placed in us and the deep responsibility we hold toward the next generation.

Throughout 2025, we took a bold step forward in vocational education. By forging powerful new partnerships with technical institutes and vocational training centers across multiple regions, Teach For Italy reaffirmed its commitment to unlocking the potential of every student, no matter their educational path.

Our “South and Islands Initiative” is an innovative initiative designed to directly address educational poverty and early school leaving. It has continued to grow throughout 2025, reaching 7 schools across the most inspiring territories of Sicily and Sardinia.

In 2025, thanks to the support of all our stakeholders, our program grew further, with an increase in our operating budget reaching €1,700,000—a figure that reflects our ongoing and growing investment in people: staff, Fellows, Alumni, and schools.

In this year, our Alumni community—those who have completed the program as Fellows—continues to grow. We will reach and exceed the incredible milestone of 100 members, creating an even stronger network of impact.
